Collie Signature Builders is a young company, but the principles on which it is founded are eternal. The structure of the company is based on our family unit. Our family embodies five generations whose dynamics include an elderly couple, a widow; empty nesters; young married adults with young children and teenagers; and young adult singles working, and in college who need to build equity. Because of the vast scope of requirements represented by the different members of our family, we are motivated to meet the needs of others as we have personally experienced them.

In 1999 we lost a very important member of our family. As an expression of our commitment to family, it was decided to rename our company in honor of W.M. Collie. We know he would be here with us, his sleeves rolled up, ready to work by our side to build your new home.

The single most important purchase one will ever make is that of a home. We are inspired to build homes that anyone in our family would safely invest their hard earned resources in and know their investment was sound. It is important to us to build for you and for the future generations of your family. We would not build a home for you that any member of our family would not be willing to live in. Therefore, we are committed to building your new Collie Signature Builders Home as if we are building for one of our own.
