Bruce and Carolyn Powell, Texas Natives and Owners of Collie Signature Builders LLC began a career in the construction industry by building their own home in 1993. Their eye for quality construction and talent for organizing large projects led them to continue to build for family members and other clients.

Since moving to the North Texas area in 1998, Bruce has earned his certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder Designations through the Greater Dallas HBA. He has also received his
Certified Aging in Place Specialist Designation.

Through Collie Signature Builders LLC, Bruce and Carolyn have dedicated themselves to implementing energy efficient building techniques for the benefit of their customers. As a partner with Entergy Star, Collie Signature Builders recently received a 59 HERS Index on one of its 3800+ square foot homes. The company has also become one of the founding members of the Green Building Initiative in North Texas.
